If you are having food service, caterers must be able to set up properly, maintain the proper quantities and service, and break down the equipment in a timely manner, especially if they are being paid by the hour! The same goes for music and any entertainment. If your magician is going to make something disappear, you don’t want it to be your guests! Decide whether or not you would like to choose from a nice park, a beach setting, or a camp ground with amenities.
What Events are Taking Place?
Karaoke might be super fun on the beach, but it might also be super difficult to successfully pull off. Are you planning on having an open bar, or having wine service? Will you be having a treasure hunt for the children in shrubbery, or will you be taking photos on the beach in water up to your ankles? Do you want to do it all on a boat? Would you like to take a boat to your reception or your destination?
